Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to high demand, carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Once an order is shipped, 25 Cult is not responsible for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Carrier errors

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for new shipping costs.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the limited situations below.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

  • You received the wrong size than what you ordered, or

  • The item arrived damaged

If eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Customer-Provided Return Label

If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for providing a return shipping label unless otherwise stated.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage not caused by us.

Accuracy of Content

We strive to display accurate product colors and details, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be perfectly accurate.
